We want you to be completely happy with your Northgate timepiece. If it is not right for you, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns and exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The watch must be unworn and undamaged, in its original packaging and presentation box, with the warranty card, all tags and protective films attached.
  • You can exchange for another model or size, subject to availability.

How to start a return

  1. Contact us on WhatsApp at +971 50 122 3343 or email hello@stajr.com with your order number.
  2. Our team will confirm your return and send you the return instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the watch, we process your refund to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay or Tabby).
