Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Northgate Watches website (stajr.com) or placing an order. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About Us

Northgate Watches is a luxury watch brand based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, operating online through stajr.com. We sell genuine Northgate timepieces and accessories directly to customers across the UAE and internationally.

2. Products

All products sold on stajr.com are genuine Northgate products. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual item due to screen display settings. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method selected

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and refunded in full if your order is cancelled by us.

We accept payment via credit and debit cards, Tabby (buy now pay later), and Tamara (buy now pay later). All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your card details.

We offer a 30-day return policy on unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return:

• Contact us at hello@stajr.com within 30 days of receiving your order
• We will provide return instructions
• Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

Items that are worn, damaged, or without original packaging will not be accepted for return. Custom or personalised items are non-returnable.

8. Warranty

All Northgate watches come with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Accidental damage
• Water damage beyond the stated water resistance rating
• Damage caused by unauthorised repair or modification
• Strap wear (straps are consumable items)

To make a warranty claim, contact us at hello@stajr.com with your proof of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on stajr.com including logos, images, text, and product designs is the intellectual property of Northgate Watches. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Northgate Watches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
